Flat 6 Phoenix Building is a contemporary, ground-floor apartment in a beautifully converted watermill building, in the area of Litton Mill in the Peak District. There are three lovely bedrooms; one super-king-size with a TV and en-suite bathroom, a double room and a twin, each with their own en-suite shower rooms. The open-plan living area offers a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for up to two cars, one in a secure underground space, and guests enjoy shared use of the communal landscaped grounds. With the walks, cycle trails, historic houses and theme parks of the Peak District on the doorstep, Flat 6 Phoenix Buildings is a stylish and welcoming retreat for families, friends or couples alike.

Litton is a wonderful village resting within the beauty of the Peak District National Park. A fantastic touring base, it offers the essentials of both a shop and a pub to tend to visitor's needs, as well as views over the historic twin viaducts, making the village an extremely scenic base. Tideswell is well-worth a visit for its wider selection of amenities and famous church, while Buxton, Bakewell and Caslteton are also in easy reach and boast their own fun-filled attractions.
