Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Rear garden with steps upto a raised decked area with outdoor furniture and views over the river. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride. Up to 2 dogs accepted. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.2 miles Note: 30 steps lead up to the properties front door. Narrow staircase leads to the lower ground floor.

Dartmouth is a bustling town in the English county of Devon, just 12 miles away from Totnes. Situated within the popular South Hams area of South Devon and located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this town is close to the coast and is littered with a superb selection of amenities and attractions, including boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries. From here, you can walk the South West Coast Path and laze on the sands of the Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands.
