This cottage rests in Seend near Rowde and can sleep six people in three bedrooms Three bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor twin, 1 x ground-floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, freestanding bath, basin and WC. Wych Elm is a large property resting on the outskirts of Rowde. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor twin and a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, as well as a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, together sleeping up to six people. Completing the interior is a family bathroom, a cloakroom, an open-plan living room, a utility and a snug. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and a large garden area with furniture. Wych Elm is a wonderful retreat at any time of the year. Wiltshire is a county offering cultural richness, historical sites, friendly people and attractions for all the family. Gas, oil and electric central heating, and woodburning stove. Dishwasher, electric oven, propane gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, piano. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Large garden area and patio area with furniture. Pergoda with Wisteria and grape vines. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 1.2 miles, shop within 2.9 miles. Note: Road noise to be expected. Note: There is a dog compound in the garden, 4ft high.

Rowde is a west Wiltshire village which rests just 2.5 miles from Bromham and just four miles north of the historic market and brewery town of Devizes. The village is surrounded by picturesque rural landscapes, the rolling downlands and numerous byways criss-crossing the agricultural countryside, ensuring a magnitude of walking and cycling opportunities.
