"The accommodation was clean and very modern and the welcome pack of goodies and essentials was a lovely surprise. We were welcomed and shown round the property and told if there was anything we needed just to give the owners a shout. Highly recommended"

"Stunning location, really felt like we got away from it all. Farm based cottage which enabled our daughters (aged 6 & 8) to see the horses, Shetland pony, calves, sheep and Snowy the farm cat which added to the memories. The owners were really helpful and left a welcome basket of welsh goodies which was well received. When the weather was sunny we were able to sit out in the front garden (individual patio with picnic table and shared grass area with other cottages) and play ball games on the grassed area. The local beach is a 2 mile drive away and the cottage is an ideal base for exploring North Wales as it is close to the A55. The cottage was like home from home and was really comfortable and finished to a high standard. Three bedrooms, two with double beds (one ensuite) and a single room, plenty of space for us all. Kitchen is well equipped with dish washer and washing machine, dining area and comfortable sitting area. This was our first visit to Wales and we loved it. Much quieter than the Lake District and stunning scenery. We would love to return as there is much more we want to see and I am already recommending it to friends."

"One of the loveliest holiday's we have ever had. The Family who run the cottages and adjoining farm were very helpful. Our daughter loved the Farm Cat "Snowy" and also seeing all the other animals. It is slightly off the beaten track as regards to location, and the phone signal for us wasn't too great (Orange network), but to be honest we booked a holiday to get away from it all and having no signal most of the time and being a 10 minute drive from local amenities meant we had some peace and quiet. The Cottage itself is beautiful, and very well equipped. We also had a lovely welcome basket on arrival with lots of little welsh luxuries. We will be returning."

"We hired the two adjacent properties for a week at the end of July. The cottages were just right for our family of eleven. The children's ages were between one year and fourteen. The open plan design was perfect for group dining and the barbecue facility was handy too. We were made very welcome on arrival with a delicious basket of local goodies. The cottages were well appointed, tastefully furnished and very clean with comfortable bedrooms If there is a downside it is the fact that there is only a tiny patch of grass outside the cottages and a rather bleak looking patch of concrete."

"This is a great family cottage with everything you need. A fantastic welcome basket waiting for us, with local produce, as well as a warm welcome from the owners. Everything about the cottage was to a very high standard - the shower in the ensuite was particularly good. We stayed in March so saw lots of lambs, and even got to help bottle feed a couple. The location is very convenient - just 5min from the coast, but with a remote feeling. We visited The Welsh Mountain Zoo in Conwy, Bodnant Gardens and on a wet day found a great playbarn in Old Colwyn. March is not the best time for the beach but there are lots nearby. The owners live next door in the farm and were very helpful. We'd certainly think about going back again."
