Eusemere Lodge is a fabulous and luxurious detached property situated on the shores of Lake Ullswater in Pooley Bridge in the Lake District. Hosting five bedrooms; two king-size bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, the other with en-suite bathroom, and three double bedrooms, along with two shared bathrooms and one shared shower room, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is a kitchen, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room, a conservatory all on the ground floor, whilst a snug room lies on the first floor. To the outside there is an extensive garden with lawn, decking, and seating which backs onto Lake Ullswater, with the house also coming with fishing rights, while four cars can be parked off-road on the drive, with a garage for storage too. Eusemere Lodge is a true hidden gem in the glorious surroundings of the Lake District. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Gas and oil central heating with woodburning stove. Oil fired AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off-road parking for four cars on private gated driveway. Double garage available for storage. Extensive garden with lawn, decking seating and private fishing rights on Lake Ullswater. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.3 miles. Note: The garden backs onto Lake Ullswater so children must be supervised at all times when in the garden. Note: Short breaks are to be Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday only. Week bookings are to be Friday or Monday only.

Resting on the northern edge of the beautiful Lake Ullswater is the village of Pooley Bridge. Offering a pleasant place to base yourself on a trip to the Lakes, the village is home to several traditional inns, as well as quaint tea rooms and a local shop for any necessities. Travel along the waters on an Ullswater Steamer over to the village of Glenridding or Howtown, or hire a boat of your own to explore for yourself. The surrounding fells make for excellent walking terrain as well as natural attractions like the Aira Force Waterfall.
