The ground floor also has a large walk-in shower room, whereas on the first floor you will find an open-plan living space consisting of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. You will find ample off-road parking to the front, as well as the dwelling having a garden with lawn and decking areas with furniture. Sunrise is a great property for two couples to explore the coast of Cornwall.
