There are two ground-floor bedrooms in the property including a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin serviced by a ground-floor bathroom, making the property suitable to sleep up to four people. On the first-floor is an open-plan living space holding a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a Juliet balcony. Outside you will benefit from the owner's lawn and a private patio with furniture, as well as there being off-road parking for one car. Shared access to the owner's garden surrounding the house. Private patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome as per house rules. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There is a pond on site, please supervise children at all times. Note: Changeover day is Saturday. Note: Check-in is from 4pm onwards. Note: Check-out time is 10am
