This delightful thatched cottage rests on the outskirts of Peasmarsh, in East Sussex and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x double with TV, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Living/dining room with open fire.
Partridge Farm is a lovely thatched cottage situated on the outskirts of Peasmarsh, in East Sussex. Hosting three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin, together sleeping six guests with a family bathroom and shower room. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen/diner and a living room and dining area with an open fire. Outside has a lawned garden with furniture, as well as parking to the rear. Partridge Farm is the perfect choice for a family break to East Sussex. With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.

Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, AGA cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking to the rear. Lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.4 miles and pub 3 miles. No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: Some of the stairs are very steep and care must be taken. Note: Children over the age of 10 or babes-in-arms only. Note: 1 x double bedroom is being redecorated

Peasmarsh is a village and civil parish nestled in the Rother district of East Sussex.
