Woodburning stove. Induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Pub within 0.1 miles, shop within 0.1 miles. Note: There is an additional bed within the single bedroom, but this is only suitable for children. The property is suitable for a max of 3 adults. Note: This property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility due to the steep steps. Note: Market Square car park is a 1 minute walk; 3 and 7 day parking passes can be purchased and used in all SLDC car parks, please see www.southlakeland.gov.uk for further information.

Kirkby Lonsdale is a market town resting on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Lake District National Park. Within the town you will find a 13th-century Market Charter with a market day being held on the Thursday. Attractions within the surrounding area includes the three golf courses, as well as opportunities for tennis, riding, fishing and a variety of riverside and country walks.
