The King sized bedroom and the wet room have room for the use of mobile hoists if required (must be hired separately). Jack-and-Jill wet room with bath, walk-in shower, basin and comfort height WC, with disability rails. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Electric central heating, and under floor heating in the wetroom.

Goonhavern is a small village resting nearby to the coastal town of Perranporth in the county of Cornwall.
