Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 x Car space plus unrestricted roadside parking on first-come, first-served basis. Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles and pub 0.8 miles. Please note: owner arranged for a dropped curb to be constructed at the property for 2 days: Monday 6th April/ Tuesday 7th April 2020
