Rear garden including decked area, astro-turf, garden furniture and summer house. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop within 0.2 miles and pubs, cafes and restaurants within 0.3 miles. Promenade and beach within 0.3 miles (4-minute walk). Launderette 2 min walk from property. Note: Property is elevated from the road, there are steep stone steps up to the property entrance so it will not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: The front lawn is steeply sloped

Rhos-on-Sea is a seaside resort village in the Conwy County Borough in North Wales, set between Llandudno and Colwyn Bay. You can expect to find a traditional promenade, a little harbour and a sandy beach with sailing, swimming and sea-fishing being very popular here.
