Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars in on-site car park. Small front patio with furniture. Shared use of lawned grounds and indoor heated swimming pool (open mid-May to early Sep). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking and no vaping. Shop within 1.3 miles, pub, restaurant, takeaway and coin-operated launderette located on-site. Note: Guests staying at this property are welcome to use all the facilities that are available in the holiday park. Note: A pass is provided which allows free access to the swimming pool (available mid-May until early September) and to the on-site facilities at Club Oasis which hosts live family entertainment, a bar and restaurant. Note: Club Oasis is open daily from 12 noon until late in high season, and at low season is open at weekends in the evenings only for the bar and eating facilities. Being located on the edge of the park overlooking the fields there is a short walk from the car-park across the grass Approx 50 yards

Scratby is a coastal village resting within East Anglia, just 5 miles away from Great Yarmouth. This is a quiet resort along the coastline, where you will find a couple of eateries and a shop for picking up the essentials. Head to the beach where you will find opportunities for relaxing, sunbathing, cycling or walking. Venture slightly further to Great Yarmouth, where you will be delighted to find a traditional seaside resort.
