Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Front patio and enclosed rear patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles and pub 0.3 miles. Note: The futon in the dining room/sun room can sleep an extra 2 guests if arranged prior to stay
