Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for five cars. Rear garden with lawn area and patio area with furniture and hot tub. One well behaved dog welcome. Floor mattress available on request for an additional child of up to 11 years. The table in the dining room can be pulled out to seat 12 max. Please note: pets not allowed on furniture or upstairs, please contact owner if you wish to take more than one pet. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 1.9 miles, shop within 2.5 miles.

Situated between the Cotswolds AONB and the bustling city of Birmingham is this thriving community and village, Bishop's Itchington. Within the village you will be delighted to find a selection of pubs, a shop, a school and a number of small businesses. Within the surrounding area you will find Stratford-upon-Avon which is home to Shakespeare's Birthplace, Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Stratford Butterfly Farm.
