Ivy Cottage is a charming cottage, resting in Torpenhow near Aspatria, Cumbria. Inside there are three bedrooms, made up of a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room and two doubles, one with zip/link features, making the cottage suitable to sleep six guests. There is also a cloakroom and a bathroom, along with a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside you can find roadside parking, and to the rear is a garden with patio and lawned areas. Ivy Cottage is a wonderful dwelling from which to spend quality time with family and friends. Fridge/freezer, BOSCH washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, iron & ironing board with clothes horse, washing & dishwasher tablets also provided. TV with private Netflix account and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Lawned garden with patio and seating area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4.8 miles, pub 1.4 miles. Note: Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 10am. Note: Changeover day is Saturday.

Aspatria is a modest town resting within West Cumbria, on the outskirts of the Lake District National Park. Sitting on the site of an old Roman road and boasting a 19th century St. Kentigern church, it makes an extremely exciting base. Alongside these historical delights are a selection of independent and high street shops, as well as a good range of eateries. Nearby Wigton holds a market every Tuesday, as well as making a popular town for shopping and various leisure activities.
