Two east-facing bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor king-size (zip/link can be twin on request) and chair bed with doors opening onto covered decking area; 1 x first-floor king-size with covered balcony and Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom. Ground-floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with doors opening to south and west-facing decking. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 2-3 cars. Garden with lawn and decking with outdoor seating and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 6 miles. Please note: The chair bed is suitable only for a child. Please note: The garden is suitable for children however there is no fence between lawn and the wild grass area beyond, so children must be supervised

Situated above the Cairngorms National Park and close to the coast is one of Scotland's oldest small towns, Forres. Sitting north-east from Inverness, Forres makes a lovely location to enjoy on a break to Scotland with a great selection of shops and pubs to choose from, as well as being near some beautiful coastline as well as countryside. Discover the smattering of quaint fishing villages along the coast, or head to one of the two distilleries on the Malt Whiskey Trail right there in Forres.
