All on the ground floor, the property holds three bedrooms including two doubles and a twin, being suitable to sleep up to six people ad serviced by a shared bathroom. At the front of the property is a lawned area and at the back is a further lawned area with a patio and furniture, with a river running along both. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Front lawned garden with river and rear lawned garden with river, patio and furniture. Pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 3.2 miles. Note: Due to the location of the property, the WiFi connection is not very strong. Note: Please supervise children at all times in the garden areas, as the river is unfenced

Great Ayton is a picturesque village resting on the outskirts of the North York Moors National Park. Most famous for being the 'boyhood home' of Captain Hook, the village now stands to offer an array of attractions and amenities, as well as offering marvellous sights to be seen. Venture into the Captain Cook Schoolroom Museum, or take a trip to the popular seaside town of Whitby to find even more wonder including beaches, amusements and historic sites.
