Holly Tree Cottage is a lovely semi-detached cottage nestled on the outskirts of Ashton Hayes, near Tarvin, Cheshire. Hosting four double bedrooms, able to sleep a total of eight guests with a ground and first floor bathrooms to serve. Downstairs provides an open-plan kitchen/diner, utility, a dining room with a double-sided woodburning stove and a sitting room with a double-sided woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture as well as off-road parking for 3-4 cars. Holly Tree Cottage is a wonderful choice for a rural break a few miles from Chester city centre. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for four cars. Storage shed for bikes.Lawned garden and terrace area enclosed by mature planting with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.8 miles and pub 0.8 miles. A 15 minute walk (0.8 miles) to Mouldsworth station for a day or evening out in Chester. Note: Due to the location of the property the wifi is suitable for browsing, but may not be suitable for downloading.
