Bay View is a wonderful property for a retreat with family or friends to this scenic area of Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Free roadside parking behind property which is a 3 minute walk away. Front terrace with furniture and rear multi-level courtyard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: Steep steps to enter property and to multi-level area of rear garden, children to be supervised at all times and unfortunately may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
