Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Washing machine, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.Cot, highchair, stairgate and baby equipment available. Off-road parking for two medium sized cars in covered car port. For larger cars, roadside parking opposite. Garden with lawn area and patio area with furniture and barbeque with starter pack of coals. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 0.4 miles, shop within 0.5 miles. Note: a welcome pack which includes a bottle of wine for adults and fishing nets for children etc. Note: Boules are provided for use by guests on the greens in the village.

"Booked Bay View for a family gathering for my 60th birthday. The group included 2 older adults, who appreciated the downstairs bedroom and shower room. The accommodation is extremely spacious, clean and has plenty of character. The view from the bedrooms is lovely. Bay View is exceptionally well equipped and the arrival gifts of wine and fruit were greatly appreciated. Parking is provided for 2 cars in the adjacent carport, but the space is tight. Our only concern was that the description details 4 bathrooms, when there are actually 3, with only 2 toilets. We had a wonderful stay at Bay View. Thank you."
