Oil fired central heating and underfloor heating downstairs. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV with DVD player, a selection of DVDs and books, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Garden with outdoor seating area, shared swimming pool, sauna and BBQ. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1.8 miles. Please note: Check-in from 4PM. Please note: The pool is not heated and is only available from the last week in May until the end of September. Opening hours of the pool are 9-11am and 4-7pm. The indoor sauna is also available at these times only
