The Linhay is a characterful accommodation resting on the outskirts of Dartmouth. This reverse-level property comes with three bedrooms comprising of a super-king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a first-floor super-king-size bedroom, together sleeping up to six people. The bedrooms are serviced by a first and ground-floor family bathroom, each with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a kitchen/diner. Outside, there is a decked area and access to a communal garden with furniture and a barbeque. Dartmouth is a coastal town resting within the South Hams area of South Devon, on the banks of the River Dart estuary. Within the busy town you will find a magnitude of boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries, as well as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. From the town you will be able to follow the South West Coast Path and the Dart Valley Trail.
