This stone-built cottage rests near Dartmouth and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be made into a super-king-size bedroom on request). Bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with woodburning stove.
The Byre is a stone-built conversion resting on the outskirts of Dartmouth. It comes with two bedrooms comprising of a super-king-size with en-suite shower and a twin, together sleeping up to four people and serviced by a bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with woodburning stove. To the outside there is a private terrace with furniture and a communal terrace with seating and a barbeque. The Byre is a superb base for exploring the delights of this corner of Devon with your family. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Dartmouth is a bustling town resting on the banks of the River Dart estuary within South Hams area of South Devon, just 12 miles away from Totnes. Here you will find a waterfront, streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries, as well as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. Within a short distance you will find Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, as well as popular Paignton.
