Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room and a double, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. Positioned in a reverse layout, the kitchen can be found on the ground floor whilst the sitting room and dining area is located on the first floor, along with the bedrooms and bathrooms. To the outside is a small, enclosed courtyard with seating, as well as off-road parking space for one car. The Coach House is a fabulous retreat, any time of year. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. The village of Aveton Gifford lies in the South Hams area of South Devon, which is regarded as an AONB. The village is the heart of a vibrant community and offers a community shop, post office and pub called The Fisherman's Rest. There are also a number of activities for all ages including cricket, tennis, table tennis, football, as well as plenty of walking and cycling opportunities in the Dartmoor National Park.
