River Rest is a wonderful cottage resting on the outskirts of Bantry in County Cork, Ireland. There are four bedrooms in the cottage, consisting of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double with Jack-and-Jill access to the family bathroom and two family rooms with one double and one single, served by a shower room and sleeping a total of ten guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a pool table. Outside is a large lawn and gravelled area, as well as ample off-road parking. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Ample off-road parking. Lawn and gravelled garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 1.8 miles. Note: There is an unfenced stream at the property, children must be supervised at all times

The town of Bantry can be found settled in West Cork, resting between Sheep's Head and the Beara Peninsula. Boasting a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, alongside attractions such as Bantry House, home to a selection of tapestries, furniture and art as well as beautiful gardens, it's well worth a visit. In close reach of the wonder of the Whiddy and Garnish Islands, as well as providing access to Cork via a scenic car journey, there's so much to be seen in and around Bantry.
