Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size double, twin and single, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is also a bathroom and a cloakroom on the ground floor. The rest of the interior includes a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside is a small patio with picnic bench and off road parking for 1 car. The Stable is a lovely base for exploring this attractive part of Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Patio with picnic bench. Two well behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles, pub 2.8 miles. Note: Check out 9.30am check in 4pm

Resting within the tranquil Devonshire countryside, 5 miles from IIfracombe, is the delightful village of West Down. The village has a local shop and a 14th century pub, serving real ales and fine wines, whilst the countryside offers plenty of glorious, walking and cycling opportunities. Just five miles away is the popular seaside resort of Woolacombe, boasting an award-winning surfing beach, whilst further afield, the picturesque Exmoor towns of Lymouth and Lynton are worth exploring.
