Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. 2 x Smart TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Multi-level garden with patio and gravelled areas with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10.7 miles, pub 3.8 miles. Note: There are two steps up to the second area of the sitting room. Note: Due to the size of the social areas, this cottage is suitable to sleep up to eight people only. Note: There are multiple small steps throughout the property. Note: There is not access to the mezzanine in the ground-floor bedroom. Note: Please keep dogs on the lower-ground floor at all times. Note: Please note that stag/hen or similar parties are not permitted at this property.

Knighton can be found nestled on the banks of the River Teme on the English/Welsh border. With Offa's Dyke path passing through the town, it presents ample opportunities for walking, horse riding and cycling. Within the town you can find a wide selection of shops and eateries, as well as a glorious castle and a tourist information centre. Within close reach is Llandrindod Wells, hosting even more attractions, as well as the Shropshire Hills being accessible too.
