Trevena Lodge is a wondrous detached cottage resting in the coastal village of Tintagel, Cornwall. There are six bedrooms over the first and second floor, including a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin upon request) with TV, two doubles with TV and en-suite shower rooms, a second-floor family room with a double and a single with TV and en-suite bathroom, a second-floor double with TV and en-suite bathroom and a second-floor single. The cottage also boasts a bathroom, kitchen, utility, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the rear of the property you can find a decking with furniture, and to the front is ample off-road parking. Calor gas central heating and woodburning stove. Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi and a selection of DVDs. Cot and highchair. Fuel for the woodburning stove is not included. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. hot tub with countryside views of the old Church. Games room with table football, air hockey and snooker. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Rear limestone paved area with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles (on-site), pub 0.2 miles. Note: The hot tub needs to be maintained on a daily basis, the owner visits the property to check the chemical levels etc. Note: Charcoal for barbecue not provided
