There is one double bedroom and an accompanying bathroom, making the property suitable to sleep two/four people. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room which can sleep two additional guests upon request. Within the apartment there is also a kitchen, and a spacious sitting room with a dining area. Off-road parking for one car is available at the property, as well as being just a short walk from a host of wonderful amenities. Cowdary is a marvellous property to spend a romantic getaway or a family retreat to West Sussex. With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.

Note: Maximum of 3 adults. Please take care due to the exposed beams in the property.
