Gas central heating. Electric range cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with DVD player, selection of films and WiFi. Two allocated parking spaces. Garden with furniture and barbecue and access to the tree house, football nets and trampoline within the grounds of the Manor House. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 2.1 miles, shop within 6.9 miles. Note: Due to location, dogs should be kept on a lead when outside.

Bromyard is a market town resting within the region of Herefordshire, between the town of Leominster and the cathedral city of Worcester. Within the town you will find a selection of shops, cafes and pubs, as well as an annual folk festival.
