In a superb location near the harbour, this charming end townhouse cottage has the considerable advantage of a harbour and Whitby Abbey views, a sunny terraced garden and private parking. Two Bedrooms: 1 x King-size, 1 x twin Bathroom: shower over bath, WC, basin Kitchen, Dining Room, Cloak/WC Terrace with table and chairs.
GROUND FLOOR Enter this lovely property into a spacious reception hall. There is a lovely good-size double bedroom with a king size bed, bed side tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside lighting (for those of your who are late night readers!), doors that lead to the terrace - ideal for your morning coffee before you start the day! There is also a twin bedroom with full size 3' twin beds and bed side table/lamp. There is a cloaks/WC on this floor for you convenience. FIRST FLOOR The living space is open plan and includes a sitting room area with comfortable sofas, TV with an integral DVD player and FreeSat. There is also a CD player and a radio. The dining area is a lovely spot to enjoy meals together - whether it's planning a day's adventure at the coast or discussing how the day has been over a gourmet meal (or takeaway fish and chips!). The kitchen is immaculate and well-equipped with an gas oven, electric hob, microwave oven, dishwasher fridge and freezer. This floor has the stylish house bathroom with a bath, shower over, electric shaver point, WC and hand wash basin. OUTSIDE The property has the benefit of a terraced garden with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast or pre-supper drinks. There is also a BBQ for al fresco dining! There are lovely views of the harbour and marina plus over to Whitby Abbey. For train enthusiasts, you can hear the wonderful steam trains as they pull into Whitby Railway Station.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
