A beautiful, light and airy one bedroom cottage, newly refurbished, just a short stroll from the beach, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars in glorious Whitby! One king-size double. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Enter this charming newly renovated cottage to find an open plan sitting/dining room and kitchen with large 'L shaped' sofa - lie back, feet up and relax! - a flat screen Smart TV and a Blu-ray DVD player. There is a a table and chairs, an ideal spot to enjoy those intimate candlelit meals! The modern fitted kitchen has integrated appliances including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a electric coffee maker. The kitchen has a table and chairs if you prefer to eat in here - maybe breakfast before an exciting day touring the glorious Yorkshire coast or wandering down to the beach for some sunshine! Stairs lead to a double bedroom which has a comfortable king-size bed with bedside tables and lights - perfect for late night reading! - a dressing table with mirror and storage for clothes. The immaculate shower room has a lovely walk-in shower, WC, chrome heated towel rail and wash hand basin.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
