Scalby lies just 2.5 miles from the seaside resort of Scarborough which offers plenty of fun-filled activity for all ages. The village centre, with its stone cottages and Victorian houses, presents a variety of facilities, including a pub, two local shops, a tea room, as well as its own hairdressers. Surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful countryside, it makes the perfect place to stay for nature lovers and walkers. Providing public footpaths and the well-known Scalby Beck, which winds its way to the coast, there's no better place to explore the North York Moors.
