On the edge of open countryside, this is a delightful house with a good size garden, located about 1.5 miles from Whitby town centre. Ideal for families or small groups, there is private parking for several cars. Four first floor bedrooms: 2 x doubles (one with en-suite shower room with double shower, basin and WC), 1 x twin, 1 x single Bathroom with bath and shower over, separate double shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom, basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Dining room. Sitting room with gas stove and garden views. First floor landing with seating area.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
