Overview
Situated in a central, quiet location from which to explore Whitby, a spacious townhouse sleeping up to eight over four floors. Boasting a wealth of period features and refurbished throughout to an high standard with great attention to detail. Over four floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size double, 1 x first floor twin with bunk beds, 1 x second floor twin, 1 x third floor king-sized double with en-suite shower. Bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room.
Ground Floor On the ground floor is a comfortable sitting room with feature fireplace, TV/DVD/Freeview and Wi-Fi/iPod dock. The kitchen/dining room is superb for family entertaining with a fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. First Floor On the first floor is a king size bedroom with feature fireplace, a lovely spacious house bathroom with free standing roll top bath, separate shower, wash basin & WC and a full size bunk bedroom. Second Floor The second floor has a twin bedroom Third Floor In the attic room there is a king size bed with en-suite shower and views over rooftops towards the moors. Outside A small back terrace with seating.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
