Overview
An individually designed bespoke oak clad lodge set in an area of beautiful mature woodland offering luxury accommodation for couples or families. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with en-suite shower room, 1 x ground floor twin, 1 x attic single with sofa bed and games area. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Ground Floor The luxury modern design provides spacious accommodation with underfloor heating throughout, a stylish open plan living area incorporates a fully fitted kitchen with Neff appliances including, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and granite worktops, a dining area and a comfortable sitting room area with seating arranged around a real flame, wood burning-style gas stove and Flat screen TV. There is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom plus a luxury bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Attic Approached via a pull down loft ladder in the hall is a lovely attic bedroom with a sofa bed and a games area - ideal for children or teenagers. Outside Patio doors open onto an enclosed decking area with table and chairs and wonderful views overlooking the forest.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
