**NEW** Such a cute cottage, newly renovated and decorated with love and style, in a quiet courtyard setting yet close to Whitby's restaurants, shops, bars, tea rooms, the beach and harbour. Over three floors. 1 x second floor twin. First floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC Second floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Open plan living area, with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. First floor library area with seating.
GROUND FLOOR Enter into this charming cottage, which is light and airy, to a lovely open plan living space with comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with a DVD player - access your Netflix account and relax with your favourite programmes after a day on the beach or the cottage has its own Netflix account, if you don't. The stylish kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine. There's a dining area to enjoy meals together, whether that's planning the day's adventures over breakfast or relaxing at the end of the day over supper, having explored the town, walked to Sandsend or taken a steam train to Goathland! FIRST FLOOR There is a lovely, additional seating area to the first floor which has a comfortable chair and a small book library - it's a super spot to sit and relax and catch up with those books you've been promising yourself! The bathroom is immaculate with a bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin.. SECOND FLOOR The pretty twin bedroom, in fresh whites with accents of duck egg blues, has two full size 3' beds and a bedside cabinet with good lighting for reading at night. This floor also has the advantage of a further WC with hand wash basin for your added convenience.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
