A delightful three bedroom cottage with sea views, situated in a quiet location in the heart of Sandsend, near the lovely sandy beach and boasting outside space and private parking .
A great holiday cottage in this lovely seaside location - views of the sea, close to the lovely sandy beach, outside seating to watch the waves and private parking too! Lezayre Cottage nestles in the heart of the beautiful and much-loved yet unspoilt village of Sandsend, just 2 miles north of Whitby and is ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends. The cottage has a lovely decked area at the front with outside seating, an idyllic spot to enjoy breakfast or drinks before dinner. As well as the private on-drive parking, there is additional free on-street parking outside. GROUND FLOOR Enter into a reception hall; from there leads a comfortable sitting room with a stone fireplace and gas fire, views out to sea from the bay window and a Flat screen TV/DVD player. There is a large 'living' kitchen with a gas cooker, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen also has a dining area, with table and chairs that comfortably seat six people. GROUND FLOOR The first floor has three bedrooms; there are two double bedrooms, both with wardrobes and dressing tables, plus a good size twin bedroom with full size 3' single beds. The house has a newly fitted bathroom with bath, WC and hand wash basin plus there's a lovely new shower room with gleaming white tiles with a good size walk-in shower, WC and hand wash basin. OUTSIDE There is a path down to the door plus a decked area with table and chairs. There's on-drive parking for one car plus free unrestricted on-street parking outside.

Lying on Yorkshire's spectacular Heritage Coastline, Sandsend is the ideal place for a family holiday with its award winning, wide sweeping beaches, rock pools and dramatic cliffs. Indeed this part of the coastline is known locally as the Dinosaur Coast because of the many fossils found here. In the season, beachside stalls offer everything from light snacks and drinks to boats, buckets and spades! Children will enjoy damming the little beck where it crosses the beach to form a freshwater lagoon - great (and safe) for paddling and boating! For the more energetic the village sits on the lovely long distance Cleveland Way Trail, which offers great off-road cycling along the disused coastal railway as well as breathtaking clifftop walks. The National Trust now own the nearby headland, Sandsend Ness, where there is a delightful nature trail in the old quarry pits. A special place with something for everyone!
