Braithwaite is a wonderful village in a prime location for exploring the Lake District National Park and all of its wonders. Although the village is fairly modest, it offers two local shops providing a wide array of amenities for your self-catered trip, as well as two real ale inns offering a brilliant space to spend your evenings outside of your wonderful holiday home. Close by you can find a wide array of tourist hot spots, including Skiddaw, Mirehouse, and Dodd Wood just to name a few. Surrounded by wonderful lands and lots to do Braithwaite is a lovely village to spend your adventure in Cumbria.
