Gas central heating. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, TV with DVD player. WIFI, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Decked area with table and chairs. Sorry, no smoking allowed. One well-behaved pet welcome. There are two pubs, a restaurant and a shop less than a mile away. Note: Garden is communal and not enclosed. Property is next door to the beach.

Seahouses is a busy fishing village on the Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Within the village you will find a selection of pubs and eating places, in addition to a shop and a golf course. Within close reach you will find sandy beaches, a bird sanctuary and a seal colony on the famous Farne Islands. Brush up on the local history by discovering the castles at the nearby Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick.
