Penally is a beautiful village within a short distance of the Pembrokeshire coast, Wales. The village itself is home to a pub serving delicious food, a village shop, restaurants, and you can even find two golf courses just a short journey away. Close by is Tenby, with its fantastic beaches, tea rooms and independent shops boasting charm and originality, and for the avid walker, the village is situated within close proximity to the stunning lands of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park too. "We had booked to stay in 3 Strawberry Gardens from Saturday 21st March 2020 for one week. It was the start of the Coronavirus epidemic. We were unsure if we should come but we decided to as this was before the announcement from the Prime minister to stay at home. The house was everything we had hoped, big comfortable rooms, beautiful views and fantastic gardens. The whole house was perfect and as we enjoy walking this was a dream come true. The walk along the beach to Tenby, the cliff top walk to Lydstep Haven and the walks around Penally were so nice and our dog, Molly loved it. Boris announced the stay at home announcement on the Monday night so we made the horrendous decision to go back home on Tuesday morning. We will never forget our stay and are planning to come back very soon."
