This attractive reverse level lodge on a country estate, has lovely views towards fishing lakes and can sleep five people in three bedrooms Over two floors: three bedrooms, 1 x ground floor double, 1 x ground floor twin, 1 x first floor single. Ground floor shower room with shower cubicle, WC and basin. First floor open-plan living area with sitting area, dining area and kitchen.
Beech Tree is a lovely timber lodge next to fishing lakes on this country estate in Mid Devon. This super upside down lodge has lovely views and has use of all the facilities onsite that include seven fishing lakes, a clubhouse with restaurant and bar, shop, children's play park and animals to see. Sleeping five people in three bedrooms, one with a double and a twin room on the ground floor, there is also a further single bedroom on the first floor. A shower room on the ground floor. The living area is open plan and on the first floor to take in the lovely views through patio doors. There are two sofas and a TV with a dining area and a spacious kitchen. Outside a deck balcony is equipped with rattan table and chairs. There is a dedicated parking space close by. With a lovely outlook and super on site facilities Beech Tree is a peaceful retreat for a relaxing countryside holiday. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Halwill Junction is a wonderful settlement from which to explore Mid Devon, offering a local shop and a pub, as well as a Nature Reserve which was once a steam railway station, there's plenty to explore in the area. The coast of Bude and Westward Ho! are in within easy reach for a day of family-fun on the beach, or head to Dartmoor National Park for an abundance of wildlife and natural delights like you've never discovered.
