Elec central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV/DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Decked terrace with furniture. One well behaved dog accepted, sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles, beach 2.5 miles. Note: There is a large lake and several streams in the grounds, children should be supervised.
