Overview
This detached cottage rests in Pitlochry and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Four bedrooms: 2 x king-size (linked by small outside balcony), 1 x double, 1 x single. Bathroom with shower bath, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Snug with double sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest.
Balvaig is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Pitlochry. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of two king-size doubles and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to six people and served by a bathroom with a shower over bath and a bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, balcony area and a lawn garden. Balvaig is a wonderful retreat for you and your loved ones to explore this part of Scotland.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Garden area and balcony. Note: Balvaig is ideally not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub within 0.5 miles, shop within 1.5 miles.

Pitlochry is a Victorian burgh in the area of Perth and Kinross, just 26 miles away from Perth. This area is famous for its outdoor activities and is surrounded by Ben Vrackie and Schiehallion mountains which promises excellent walking. Here, you will also find Blair Athol Distillery and the city of Perth is within close reach and offers a wide range of amenities and other activities.
