Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in nearby pub car park, public car park at harbour 150 yards away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.01 miles. Pub 0.1 miles. Note: There are ten steps in the garden. Note: Unloading at the door only.

Newlyn lies near it's larger neighbour Penzance, but is a bustling hub in its own right with one of the largest fishing fleets in the UK across over 40 acres of harbour. This fishing village is home to Newlyn Art School, with works on display at Newlyn Art Gallery built in 1895 to display the local work, with several other galleries around. The Fish Market is worth a visit to see the fish being sold to local restaurants and buyers from European countries. Penzance is just a few miles up north and is home to many delectable restaurants and has a bohemian new age feel to it.
