Ground floor sitting room, kitchen, dining room with seating for 8. Downstairs WC and basin, Garden set across 3 levels, accessed by stone steps, patio area with seating for 8 people.
An elegant and immaculately restored Grade 2 listed Georgian town house, 4 Maiden's Row is situated in the beautiful and vibrant village of Chipping Campden. The ground floor offers a cosy sitting room with fireplace and views out onto Chipping Campden high street. The kitchen is beautifully fitted with bespoke cupboards and granite work tops, butler's sink and island. Interconnecting doors opens to the dining room that can accommodate up to 10 people. Please note there is a low ceiling in the downstairs Utility room. Outside the garden is staggered over three levels, professionally laid out with a series of terraced garden sections, enclosed by Cotswold stone walls with stone flagged seating areas and beds planted with evergreen shrubs and an avenue of New Zealand strawberry trees. It provides interest, colour and privacy all year round. Chipping Campden is one of the most beautiful and historic of all the Cotswold market towns. Nestled in Cotswold Hills in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty you are within 15 miles of Stratford-upon-Avon, Stow-on-the-Wold and Blockley and surrounded by many excellent walks. The town is well known for its traditional Cotswold architecture, much of it dating back to medieval times. Not to be missed! Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

This market town defines the saying "good things come in small packages" as it proves itself to be a wonderful place for tourists to stay. Chipping Campden sits in the northern part of the Cotswolds and boasts many historical buildings from St. James' church where the Chipping Camden Music Festival is held every year, to the early 17th century market hall upon which the town prides itself. Not only does the town have a rich history but much more, the high street is laced with charming Cotswold stone buildings with a range of shops and pubs. Nearby there are several beautiful, formal gardens for you to wander through. Chipping Campden has held its own 'Olimpick Games' since the early 1600s including peculiar sports such as 'shin-kicking', most certainly worth lining your holiday up with to experience something so unique. For a dose of famous history, head to the birthplace of William Shakespeare in Stratford-upon-Avon just 12 short miles away, it offers some charming little buildings, bookshops, theatres and museums.
