Elberry House is a charming all-ground-floor bungalow settled on the outskirts of the popular seaside town in Devon. The cottage is home to three bedrooms which include a king-size with an en-suite wetroom, a twin and a single with en-suite cloakroom, sleeping a total of five guests. The cottage also houses a bathroom, kitchen/diner, living/dining room with gas fire and a conservatory. To the front of the property is off-road parking for two cars a lawn with furniture, while the rear provides a patio with seating and a barbecue. Elberry House is a wonderful retreat for a family getaway to Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for two cars. Front lawn with furniture and rear patio with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Note: Neighbours may be conducting some renovations from May 2020

Paignton can be found settled between Brixham and Torquay, offering a beautiful seaside base in Devon. This popular town is home to an array of amenities, including shops, pubs, eateries and clubs, as well as glorious beaches to spend your days exploring. With a zoo, sealife centre, plenty of parks and much more to entertain all ages, there's no better place from which to explore Devon, with nearby Brixham and Torquay also making wonderful day trips.
