Ample off-road parking. Private and secure courtyard area with table and chairs. Two pets welcome, dog beds, towels and bowls available. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub within 5 miles. Note: The property is surrounded by working farms, dogs must stay on leads outside the courtyard.

Launceston is a town resting on the Devon and Cornwall border. Within the town you will find Georgian buildings in the central square which are overlooked by the ruins of a Norman castle. Within the town you will also find a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a golf course and the river Kensey. Just 3 miles away is Tamar Otter Park or you can take a steam train Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley.
