This superb duplex apartment is situated in the popular waterside town of Topsham, Devon and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x super king-size with en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom, 1 x twin,1 x ground-floor twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. Sitting room. Large landing/study with two futon style beds. No Pets Upstairs please.
St Margaret's Steps is a gorgeous duplex apartment quietly tucked away, a stone's throw from the river in the popular small Devon town of Topsham. The apartment sleeps eight people in three bedrooms, on the first floor, the double and twin share a luxurious Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. On the ground floor is a twin room and family bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the sitting room with river views and a splendid kitchen dining room. Outside is a small enclosed patio garden with bike storage, table and chairs.With the town centre, estuary and ferry just 350 yards away, St Margaret's Steps is the ideal house for a perfect Devon break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Topsham is a market town resting on the River Exe estuary and is declared as a conservation area due to the wealth of 17th and 18th century merchants' houses. Within the town you will find a selection of historic pubs and award-winning restaurants, independent shops, galleries and the Topsham Museum is an interesting visit. With close reach is the city of Exeter and the seaside resort of Exmouth.
